We purased Micromax 40"LED TV from ebay. We have received the product in damaged condition. We have contacted the ebay & seller. Seller M/S Viviteks, Chennai has responded to replace the TV before that he was asked me to send the Test report of Micromax Technician's Report along with Product damaged condition photo. We have send the same to seller, in the mean time ebay have closed the case. Seller has asked me to reopen the case from ebay. We have requested the ebay to reopen the case. So far we have not reeived the replacement from seller. So we are requesting you to take necessary action on seller to replace the TV/Refund. Here we are attaching the copies of Micromax Technician report & photo. Please take necessary action to resolve the problem immediately.
