I purchased some items on 22 June, 2015 and paid for them using SBI net banking. The next day, I received an SMS saying that the purchase I made is not confirmed and I shall get a refund within 6-8 working days. While it is easy for eBay to "unconfirm" my transaction, what happens to those items I won at auction or those who were last in stock or even those whose listing has ended. I cannot see a pay again option anywhere, but only "Mark as payment sent" in my Purchase History. How can I buy those items again, and if not, then how can I contact the support team?
PS: I mailed the support team more than 2 days ago (on 23rd evening), and there has been no reply since.
