My transaction failed but account debited, No information in paisa pay

Hi,

     I tried to buy an item. The amount was deducted from my account but paisa pay failed. There is absolutely no trace of information on the buying activity. Ebay contact center is the world's worst. I spent two hours on phone. Couldnt connect to a customer service representative. Why the **bleep** they have a customer service center in India. **bleep**ty service.

useless **bleep**ers... I am not able to reach the customer care even after 4 hours. They run a bogus customer service with no service rep.

So true. They should stop their site from working when they can't even make payment hassle free.
