Most pathetic and ridiculous customer service

I have purchased a phone from ebay on 5th August, 2015 and have received the handset on 8th august. The moment i have received the handset i have claimed a refund due to faulty and damaged handset.... from 8th august till today i.e. 17th august i am just getting assurity that dont worry we will sort out ur issue....... a.) no body has till date bothered to reverse pick up the handset........ b.) everytime i call on customer care center i am given 24 to 48 hours and just an assurity.......c.) CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE ARE NOT BOTHERED AND DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO THE CUSTOMERS...... THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO RAISE THE VOICE AGAINST THE CUSTOMERS WHO ARE ALREADY IRATED....... EBAY CC DOESNT KNOW HOW TO TALK AND ON THE CONTRARY SHOW ATTITUDE TO THE CUSTOMERS AS IF DO WAT YOU WANT TO..............

 

 

I REGRET STUFF BOUGHT FROM EBAY AND WILL NEVER EVER BUY A SINGLE THING FROM EBAY AGAIN........
