hello, my name is abid yesterday(21-1-2015) afternoon at 1:32 pm i paid for (hp laptop-hp pavilion 15-P077TX notebook) via Netbanking(S.B.I) . The item was costing Rs 46.498 and amount got deducted from my bank account but no comfirmation massg i received from EBAY and i shown massage on ebay page that (sorry your payment was not successfull). but my bank statement clearly showing the money was transferred to EBAY i have all the proof for payment (bank Ref no BSBI3639888059IG00MABFG4)
please refund my money (USER ID - abi_wahi) HELP ME
