Now i am the poor buyer in ebay and want my refund. I have contacted customer care in ebay and customer care didnot know that the ebay blocked the seller account.
I have conferenced both ebay and the seller and clearly the seller told ebay customer care that their account has been blocked by ebay and they are not going to ship the item. Now the ebay customer care saying that i need to wait till 10th and after that they fiel case for not recieving the product.
Its a huge money 19,991 rupees.
When the seller is clearly telling that they are not going to deliver the product, why the ebay is not refunding the money? is it cheating by keeping public money?
