I feel completely cheated by ebay

 

I had ordered a JBL pulse bluetooth speaker on 22nd april. I received it on 2nd may when I realized that it was a fake product. I filed a claim for a refund and after providing enough proof I was told that my refund will be initiated latest by 10th May. But, I didn't receive my refund on 10th. After which I was contacted by customer support on 12th and they told me that they were giving the seller another 48 hours to provide a resolution and I was promised a refund by 14th May. However, my refund still hasn't been initiated. I have emailed the customer support five times in the last week and they haven't responded to a single one of my emails. It seem like ebay is purposefully trying to avoid my emails. I feel completely cheated by ebay. What should I do?
