I ordered a xiaomy redmi note 4 through eBay on 11/05/2017, 14990 rupees debited from my account. Then I didn't get any updates from your side,so I contacted frequently, and they said me to wait for 72 hrs,48 hrs etc. Meanwhile I also contacted the seller and the delivery team. Then I got a msg on 19 may 2017 telling that eBay can't deliver the product and the refund is initiated. I got a msg that refund was approved on may 21 2017, but still didn't found that amount in my account. I'm frequently contacting eBay and each of the executives are giving me different answers.. What is the status of my refund???
