I had ordered an amkette key board and mouse on 25th August. Neither I got the product nor I got the money. How ebay is boasting of its ebay guarantee. I had enormous faith in ebay but this action of ebay had shaken my trust and I want to take a legal action against so that they may not repeat this against anyone else.
