Hi I recieved the Samsung 40F5000 television and found there are two balck spots(group of dead pixels) in the center of the screen and more visible on light backgrounds such as clouds,sports etc.
I contacted the seller and he asked to ship the product back and I did via Bluedart with my own expenses.Its been 3 days since the seller recieved the TV but he haven't shipped the replacement one yet.Shall I wait few more days or raise a claim with Ebay resolution center?Is there a chance to get the refund?
