The true power of forums can only be leveraged if we collectively share out experiences on how to get refunds from ebay whcih they have held back for such a long time.
My plight is similar to others - refund promised - been over a month now - refund does not reflect in the bank. here is atleast what I did and suggest others to do it.
Try writing to ebay managing director @Latif Nathani https://www.facebook.com/latifn on latif.nathani@ebay.com the ebay esclation matrix says you can connect with the country manager if issue is not resolved. I am so damn frstrated that a simple refund transaction is stuck for so long without any revert
Also write to Riddhi Chhabra richhabra@ebay.com - I think she leads the refunds team. As all of you might have experienced ebay customer service number is scewed up - they will make you wait for 35-40 mins before you can speak to someone..and if you are lucky to talk to someone - their responses are far from satisfactory...
