My Purchased item no 280964615597 using SGanesha03 gift code on 26 September 2012. Paisapay id is: 32226546782. I have not received my gift (Micromax mobile phone)yet.May I know why this deviation this time? Please care to update me about my gift status.

Hello,

i bought the Samsung Galaxy S2 item#261102102931 & PaisaPayId#32225226276 on 26th Sept 2012.

i used PGANESHA04 coupon code while making the payment, as per the Ganesh Chaturthi Promotion i am eligible for the 500GB HDD gift.

As per the T&C of Ganesh chaturthi promotion, the gift should be dispatched from 5th Oct 2012 with in 45days.

till now i haven't received the gift and upon reaching the ebay customer care i am not even getting proper response. I am reaching customer care via chat and email for the past 20days(failed to get response).

i am in plan of going for a consumer court .

if any one has any update then it will be appreciated.

I got my one of gift as per your commitment of 45 days but till today I do not get any gift for second purchase I have made under ganesha gift (Item was transcend 500gb portable hdd). Sir even after more then 45 days I do not get any info regarding this. Its seems Ebay is cheating with me. Its break my previous trust of ebay. I am buying from ebay since last two year but this is the first time I feel service and commitment is not as per advertised. Please clear my pending issue as soon as possible as its already too late.
