I purchased a mobile from ebay. After 1hr of dispach the phone by seller, i called to seller that i dont want that phone. Kindly get back it. Seller said its not possible now.
But when i got the phone, i found its tempered glass in broken condition. Earphone was also not availbe with this. For earphone seller told me that manufacturer doesnt give itself.
i requested for return and refund my money coz tempered glass was with that phone. After 2 days ebay denied for return request.
What is about ebay guarantee, if we not satisfied with the product it should be return.
