Ebay claim not replying

I claimed for a product which i received physically damaged and provided pictures and documents for proof of my purchased product on 2nd june 2017. They said that i am not required to give anything else and i will get a reply within 72 hours. But till now i have not received a reply. I am calling every 72 hours and ebay customer support tells me to wait for another 72 hours. Its been 25 days. Product id. 116674106386.
Claim id. 2936847. Please tell me what should i do. They closed my claim and now even after providing everything they asked ,they are not replying me. I am stuck with this broken phone. Tell me what can i do. I am stuck.
