EBAY, PAISA PAY and Trackon are worst service provide

I have ordered an article as a gift for my little sister on 5 April. it was informed that it will reach on or before 14 april. Though it was very late but i thought ok. i tried to contact with service provider TRACKON online and through phone. I got very rude response. anyways i contacted Ebay but surprisingly, i got pathetic response from customer support executive. He said its not my responsibility, its only Trackon who will deliver. but still 1 week over after last date, it is still not reched. I am very frustrated from Ebay and Trackon.

Ideally, it is the seller who should be dealing with the courier services and not the buyer.

If the seller doesn't respond in a proper manner, you can file a claim for "item not received within delivery deadlines".

Trackon has online tracking system. Where is the item according to it?

Trackon is cheap but is very slow compared to other services and that is why I don't use it.
