E bay cheated me .

E bay cheated me . I bought an ear Pad on July 28th and got the  confirmation mail too from the e bay for the order conformation. transaction id-613798282024 item-371094528679

Till date i have not got the product and now it is not even showing in the buying history of mine.

My credit card is already charged with the payment.

What is this??????????????

Some new style of fraud by big brands line yours????????????????

Taking money and note sending product and also deleting teh transaction history?????????????

I am gonan escalate the matter to the top

till date e bay team dint respond. How can a cheat respond to a genuine question.

Any XYZ online site is safer and better than e bay.
