Complaint - Claim are getting ignored and making fake promises

I received a broken screenguard, (I even have a video to support that, as I have a tensancy to record unpacing of items shopped online, for situations like these).
 
I was asked to ship the product back to Ebay warehouse for, so that they can process the claim. After shipping, they simply closed the claim, without contacting me. When I followed up, they mentioned that the claim got closed automatically due to some system error. And they have arranged for a call back, which never happened.
 
Please resolve ASAP.

Claim was approved! Received refund for the item. But, never received the promised refund for the return shipment charges. It has been over 1.5 months, and still they are just asking me to wait. But, for how long?
 
1.5 months is certainly way more than 7-10 promised working days!
 
Please resolve ASAP.
 
I am now hesitating about placing my next orders on EBay. I am been shopping from Ebay from 2008, but am facing these issues from last 4-5 months. Something definitely has changed with Ebay, which is going to damage the reputation of Ebay beyond repair.
