Dear All,
I bought 40 inch Sony Bravia TV and recieved damaged TV(broken screen) on 08.10.15, within 10 min reciving of I called up Seller and raised Claim. After Numerous follow up up to customer care,got a call from claim aduster after 20 days asking me to send me more images. I immediately uploaded the images and email to insellerverification@ebay.com also. Even then No action was taken.
After that I wrote to DL-EBAY-IN-GRIEVANCE-OFFICER@ebay.com. On 10.11.15 someone from grievance dept called me and said that this case has been transferred to him and he will resolve within 48 hrs.
After this there is no communication from ebay. I reminded grievance officer on 17.11.15 but still no response.
I have all evidences. Please suggest me is this right time to move court or should I still wait for Ebay.
All suggestions are welocme.
