I had ordered a watch and returned it.After a lot of difficukties i got the refund amount of the watch back but still haven't received the couriere charges that I had to bear. Now it's been 3 months I am trying to contact ebay which turns out to be of no use. Some rude operator attends and gives me false assurance.3 months for a refund of Rs.480 is too much and i think now I have no choice but to go to the consumer court. ebay India is such a fraud and I swear i won't let this thing go in vain.
